Live demonstration communities

See a Real Atriom Community

These are working websites, not screenshots. Click through them the way one of your owners would — read the community information, open the meeting notices, look for a document. Coral Cove and Banyan Ridge are invented communities, but everything underneath them is the product you would get.

These communities are not real.

Coral Cove and Banyan Ridge are demonstration communities. The board members, addresses, budgets and meeting minutes are invented, and every demonstration document is marked as one on the page. Nothing here belongs to an actual association.

What Everyone Sees, and What Owners See

A community website has to do two jobs at once. Atriom does both, and the board decides which job each document belongs to.

Open to anyone

The Public Website

No account, no password. A buyer, a realtor, a neighbour or an owner who just wants the pool hours can read it.

  • Community information, amenities and rules of the road
  • Who serves on the board, and how to reach management
  • Meeting dates, agendas and posted notices
  • The governing documents, when the board wants them public
Owners sign in

Resident Access

Owners of record set up an account once, using the contact details the association already has for them, and then see their community's records.

  • Budgets and financial statements
  • Approved meeting minutes
  • Insurance summaries and the reserve study
  • Anything else the board keeps to the owners

And a Third Tier, for the Board

Some things are not ready for the whole ownership yet. The board gets its own tier that owners do not see.

  • Bids and proposals still under review
  • Drafts that are not ready to circulate

Every document has one setting — public, owners, or board — and it can be changed at any time. Nothing goes public because it was uploaded to the wrong folder.

Want to See the Owner Side?

The resident area is behind a sign-in, the same as it would be for your community. Tell us about your association and we will walk you through it — what your owners would see, what stays with the board, and how the records get loaded.
